The logo is made with the letter H and E. The usage of negative space is quite evident. At the same time one can see the electric plug component there that goes with the "electical company"

Nice, but at first sight I thought it was HED :S, maybe giving the plug a different color may resolve the issue AND/OR having the lengths of the arms of the E equal.

Additionaly, there is no point of having the H and the E rotated in 3D space.
